Hey Gang - I recently installed the Miata battery in my car (which was a few lbs lighter than stock) and was using the OEM battery tie down which mine was getting ratty, so I searched pages and pages of battery tie downs on eBay and found the Scion ('04-'10) might work. They key was to get a battery tie down that would not conflict with the left strut tower and the OEM tie down even has a curve to avoid the strut tower.
I paid $34 for the tie down (shipped) off eBay and it is made by OBX.
Once I got it, I trimmed it, shaved the sides of it and cut about an inch off the end, drilled some additional holes in it (eh..just to make it lighter and look more trick), cut down the mounting rods and then re-threaded them and then polished it and a few hours later here it is:

A little weight saving but much better looking than the old OEM battery mount.
