    eibach springs

    Hey guys,
I have a chance at some Eibach springs for a good price and I was hopin someone on here could help me clear something up. I thought I had read on here that some 3rd Gen parts claim to fit the 1998 protege, but don't at all. These springs are supposed to be for 98-01...which doesn't make alot of sense to me cause the 01 protege looks nothing like mine, different engine option, etc. Anyone know what this is all about?
    Thanx guys
    Brad

if i remember right its APC's fault for making altezzas for the 99 but it was released in 98 so they said 98-up so evgeryone else jsut says 98-up now but no they dont fit.

let me check the eibach website, see if I can find some part numbers
        Bruce

        edit:
I wouldn't buy them, eibach's website, only lists a product for the 3rd gens, with a part number off 5540.140

There is no listing for the 2nd gen

I hate the short nose crankshaft. It took my car away from me.
