    RIP: 1993 Protege GT

    Well, I guess it was the end of the line for my '93 GT. I'm real happy it wasn't for me. Almost got taken out by this accident. Well, she was a good car...good times in her and she will be missed. But I can assure you, she will live on...in one way or another...

    Survived by: mike_moss (mild concussion)
    Killed by: red light runnin' Toyota RAV4 w/push bars

        Man, that sucks. I've always liked your car and some dumb ass runs a red light and destroys it. Most important is that you're ok! Hope you'll still visit the forum regardless of what your next car is going to be

              Glad to see you're going to be ok. Make sure the parts go to deserving board members, or to your next Pro. Make sure the Toyota owner pays!!!

                While its a very good thing Mike is OK, those items would not be a good idea to sell. The seat(s) probably have some damage from the force of the impact, and the sestbelts are stretched. If for some reason the car was to be repaired, i'd change those items ASAP.

                          i dont think sueing is a good idea. get the proper claim, and move on. unless you are actually injured then sue.

                              ouch. good thing the pro took it like a champ. As the others have said, why not strip the car? Or did you sell it to the junkyard already?
