gauge cluster question

I have a 99 es 1.8L and i was looking on ebay for a dif color glow for my gauges. i found a good one that works with a protege 5 99-up. can i use those in my es?

All of the 3rd gens have the same guage layout. Also, there was no 99 Protege5...They came out in 02.

Yes, but what color are you looking for? It'd probably be cheaper just to buy some new bulbs for the one you have. I have changed mine to a blue color, blue LEDz changed his to red, and I'm sure other people have done it as well. Read this thread.
