What do you guys think about this boost controller ?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2460896987 This seems pretty interesting, I'm still trying to figure out exactly how it works though.

This company seems real good I'm prolly gonna get all my silicone hoses from them, maybe even my mandrel bends...

    Looks ok to me.
but ive seen more economical ones (cheaper)

boost controllers regulate boost with the spring and ball inside the boost controller. The ball covers an opening where the boosted air passes (when you are under max boost the ball keeps the hole closed). when the controller is twisted in one direction the internal spring put more force on the little ball. This way when the boost pressure gets to a piont where the force of the spring on the ball is no longer strong enough to keep the ball in its position of blocking the hole the boosted air flows into the boost controller, from there the boosted air goes to the wastegate.

Well I just like the idea that I can turn the knob from within the car. If you any cheaper ones that can provide that please point me in the direction! lol

I don't mean the toggle switch ones either.

You can make your own using cheap hardware store pieces.

Here's some good sites that will give you some helpful info on how that's done.
