I got everything hooked up but the throttle is reading 100% no matter what we change. Any one else experience this problem?

There are a few people that are using the S-AFC so I don't see why it wouldn't work. I think Turbo1G had the S-AFC on his car as well as some Escort people that have performed the GTX swap.-------------------------

Oh yah I forgot to mention, why would Apexi have a friggin ecu layout of the gtx ecu, and what wires to connect to the pins if the damn thing wouldnt work right? ::shrugs::James G.

It's the 7th pin from the left, top row. That would be the throttle...but the AFC is always saying 100% when I monitor it. The air flow works, and so do the rpms...James G.

I got mine hooked up to my GT. It will read 100% becuase you are running a TPS for a 5spd. You need the whole throttle body from an auto lxe, or lts or auto GT. The ecu for a 5spd is only made to read it open or closed, not at a certain % liek the auto one. When you floor it, the reading should be 0%, and 100% when its anywhere else. Get the Auto TPSBP-05 Turbo-Sold

Well good news, I got it running correctly. I called up Corksport and talked to Derrick, and told me which wire to connect it to. If you take off the boot on the tps connector, its the green/white wire. Now I just gotta figure out how to use the damn safc now.James G.
