    Flush GTX bumper

    Hi,

    I know about the Isuzu bumper and I've heard about the WRX and the accord and the CRX, but I'm curious to know if there's a bumper option that will make the front look more flush. I really hate the big step!

    I noticed this GTX on speedhunters today and love the look of the JDM bumpers. I have no idea how to even think about going to get one of them.

    They must be possible to import because I've seen them in pics on some US cars.

    That's the GTAE front bumper. They're hard to find, and really expensive.

                just gotta be even more patient than 5-10 years ago when Derrick 2 corksport was still in the BF game. He had GTAe, BG GTR, BG GTX, and Reproduction BF or BG GT-R covers available.

                the BG (90-94) Protege' and Escort has some options to consider in the US salvage yards too. The JDM BG on BF is a matter of forming some brackets and filling a couple small gaps on the fender lines. nothing huge.

                as for REAL JDM or Euro bumpers... hold on to your wallet and be prepared for fab work. they don't have the bumper laws we do and the foam and mounts will need fabed.

                    I have been trying to figure out how to get bumpers from new zealand, japan, australia, south africa, europe, where ever for two years now. Its damn near impossible. The infuriating part is that there are 323's in South Africa that claim to be 2001 models with new bumper designs. Thinking the only way to get a set is to take the fam on a very long and expensive vacation.

                        , they list the BF as a 2001 or something like that.
