I thought that one was good for 22psi... it stayed in the green to at least 18. Maybe why I broke a piston. Lol.

Also, there are 3 different trims they were available in. I think that one is the race, or the HP...

Oh ok cool, so maybe my best bet is to open the ECU to double check which one it is?

I know they had a "Rally-Spec" tune which they claimed ran super rich all the time to keep the engine cooler for rally use, but I don't think any of their tunes officially supported anything more than 16psi

It's possible to run more, depending on your setup, I've done 19psi on a tbird hybrid on my B6T while staying in the green. But I won't recommend doing that

Their rally-spec ECU also didn't have the prom loaded on a socket, to sneak by tech inspection (so they told me).

Oh thanks Darren, that saves a bit of work haha

So either way I should be safe at 16psi, but id be surprised to get much over 12/13psi with the stock turbo lol once it's up and running with a new engine I'll look into a vj14/11 hybrid turbo for it

You can do 16 psi on the stock turbo. It'll be hot as **** and not worth it. I felt comfortable at no more than 12 on the stock turbo.19 psi on the hybrid said 240 chp on one of those crappy accelerometer dyno things. Probably closer to 200 though, I don't know. The car was able to spin third on the 401 going over 100 km/hr. It's a good computer.

The VJ14 will have no problem doing 16psi. Once you open everything up - intake, exhaust, etc... you'll start to drop off near redline, seeing 12-14psi because the turbo can't "keep up" with the engine

The 14/11 will fix that for the most part

                        The 11/Tbird is even better

I want to keep the 14 hot side, just so I don't have to mess with exhaust, plus it's not my project car..... Yet lol
