ok, this is weird. My car was running today, and i looked underneath looking for this phantom squealing noise that i cant seem to find, anyways i looked at my exhaust where the new piping was welded right after my cat. ok, there was obvioulsy a small leak where the welds were because i saw bubbles of water coming out. Now what the **** would cause water in my exhaust?? The exhaust leak is no problem, but why the water?? Any input will help, thanks

As mentioned, it's from the combustion reaction of gasoline. Every combustion reaction produces CO2 and H20. No way around it.
The water is usually in the form of steam (gaseous state of water), but can condense on the pipes. It's nothing to worry about unless your exhaust is white with condensing water vapor all the time.
