                  I'm confused...

The ladder bar replaces the front subframe brace thing, right?

What is the trunk bar? And what are the linkage bars?

PS - The sedan doesn't need / can't fit a strut tower bar in the rear. It's built into the frame.

The bottom part is the trunk bar.
The two bars is the linkage bar
Hope this will make you clear

                        Cool thanks. That helps!

So, my next question is, what does the trunk bar set up really do to help?

It seems like it would help prevent a little bit of chassis flex, but I didn't think the trunk area played much of a part there.

it stiffens up the whole car A LOT.

steph (aka spicymsp) had the trunk brace and the underbody braces in her car when I was visiting CA. Rode in her car and then Krillin's (has a stock susp. msp). The extra stiffness from the braces is VERY noticeable.
