2012 Time Attack Schedule - ON Region

A step up in speed from autoslalom, time attack pits your car against the clock on a race track. Cars are split into different classes based on their weight and horsepower in order to let you gauge how you are doing against other similar vehicles. Each series has their own car classification rules. Most series run lapping sessions in the morning, with timed runs in the afternoon. Time attacks do demand more out of your car, so be ready to take extra preparations when participating in the events.

Attack Time Trial Series
Put on by the SPDA, this series was made to introduce newcomers to grassroots motorsports. The series consists of 4 events, each in a different discipline. It was created to give you a little taste of everything. From there you can choose what you like. The events include a time attack, togue, gymkhana, and drag.


CASC-OR Mobil 1 Ontario Time Attack Championship Series
Previously known as Solosprint, Ontario Time attack holds events at Grand Bend Motorplex (GBM), Shannonville Motorsports Park (SMP), Toronto Motorsports Park (TMP), and both Mosport Driver Development Track (DDT) and the big Mosport
International Raceway (MIR) track.


CSCS Time Attack Championship
CSCS is a massive car show that puts together drag, drift, time attack, and a show & shine all into 1 major event. The time attack portion runs mainly at Toronto Motorsports Park (TMP), with a visit to Mosport Driver Development Track (DDT) and Grand Bend Motorplex (GBM).


Sigma Racing Time Attack
Sigma Racing runs primarily at Toronto Motorsports Park (TMP) and Mosport Driver Development Track (DDT). Expect plenty of photos to be made available.

Just a reminder to all that the CASC-OR open house is happening on April 1 at CSC Racing, from 12PM to 4PM. For those interested in participating in Ontario Time Attack, this is your chance to sign up for the two courses offered. One is a two day beginner and good refresher course held at Mosport Driver Development Track. The second is a more advanced school ran for the full day at Mosport Grand Prix. In addidion, pre-register for the OTA events for a lower price at the open house.

ATTS event dates are now available. This year, ATTS and Ontario Time Attack are merging their two time attack events together at Toronto Motorsport Park out in Cayuga.
