Mazda 323 GT-X BP ?help?

Hey guy im buying a Mazda GT-X 91 BP tomorrow for $800 NZD It has a blown GearBox and rusty rotors and small crack in windscreen but everything else is fine.
I was wanting to no what to buy for it on a budget Just engine wise max Powers for smallest price i want to get it on the road first then start buying upgrades
Please Help me out on this

please just post with best things to get ill post a pic and will start a work log once i get it. i have 4wd gearbox on it way and windscreen is already here

Oh yes does anyone no if the Bee*R rev limiter will work on it? Or where do get ECU chip?

Get it running properly first. Then start shopping. We can't provide a shopping list of go fast parts till you know what it needs. Just a hint, brake upgrades first. Engine dead effing last.
