Protege rear end on a 323

I found a 1991 4wd Protege 4dr at a junkyard and I was trying to figure out would that rear end fit on a 1988 4dr 323 2wd chassis. The reason why is because I want to make it awd. I have been looking on the web and have found nothing.

It would be easier to put the jy 4wd protege back on the road. By all means grab the rear end and subframe, but be prepared to do floorpan surgery. Oh and grab the fuel tank and back seat. You'll need those too.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

I have an 88 GTX floor pan and rear crossmember to let go. Not holding it much longer before it goes to scrap...need the room. I am in the Phoenix area..5-6 hrs from you if it is Henderson Nevada.
