    Turbo Manifold Group Buy Interest

This is just to see if there is any interest in doing a group buy on some Turbo Manifolds...What do you guys think a decent price would be....I'm thinking around $300 plus shipping...Probably be going with a T3/T4 flange on it....here are some pics of a manifold this guy has made for a 98 KIA Sephia...

$300 is too much. have in mind that we dont have that much space between the block and the radiator, so the use of materials is less(smaller manifolds)=lower price.
Log style, nothing fancy... would work for me.

having about 4years experiance in metal working i can tell by looking at the manifold that it prolly only cast about 10-20 dollers in materials and about 3-4 hrs the mill the brackets, bend the piping and weld it up, and about an hour or two to polish and shine it.....300$ is WAY over priced...... just my 2 cents

Well let's do this again only this time maybe with some positive feed-back please....what do you think would be reasonable? So at suppose 5 labor hours x how much an hour?? at $20 an hour it comes out to $400 and don't machinests or what not make more than that? I will talk with the guy and see what he says about lowering the price, but again what will you be willing to pay?? $250 $200???

Ebay manifolds are going for about 200 up so.....

Also look at it this way you can get a cast manifold for about 200 from corksport or get a custom for a little bit more...

I'm just trying to help out here

              5 * 20 = 100 not 400 5* 80 = 400 and that sounds like something a porfessional welder makes.

250 sounds reasonable. on the positive the mani dose look really clean. but remember our rad fans are on the driverside, which looks like the turbo would be right on top of the rad fan.
When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?

i might be interested as long as your 100% sure that everything will fit. i think $200 would be a decent price

Yah thx for the help and all, but I think I could make that for less. Not trying to diss the manifold in any way, but of course in plain sight its something with minimal experience can make. Maybe its just me, but I wouldnt want a manifold with welds like that and the steel. I'd want nice welds with mirror finished stainless steel.
