mx-3 bp turbo somkimg and shooting oil

Ok i have a mx3 bp swap and just a few weeks ago I started to smell this oil smell so I was looking at it and Iam shooting oil out my bov and it smokes from time to time. So I want to see what your guys guess is before i start taking it part bad turbo or is it my valve seals. And I am running a vj20 turbo.

turbo seals are probably shot. might be time for a rebuild

I am just going to upgrade then to a t3/t4 and sell the vj20 on here for parts.
