    rougher sound

    So my engine's sounded rougher than usual lately.. usually it's alright, but when i just idle when i start my car.. it's bad-ass loud... (i'm in heated parking, so it's not the cold)... and when i'm on the highway, rpm @ 2700-3000, it's still loud.. i'm at 84000km, so i don't know if there's some supermaintenance i missed on (no manual for car, so i have no idea)
    i change my oil, every 5000km... just got a new air filter - OEM part... no engine mods of any kinda... 87octane gas...

    i was told there was an 80000km tuneup for pros.. but when I inquired at the dealership, they said all they would do at 80k is change my oil and top up all the other fluids (which i get done with my oil changes every 60 days)

    any ideas???

    By loud ,do you mean exhaust or engine is loud ,Have you changed the spark plugs recently , If it is exhaust ,could be the baffles inside are starting to break down .

      naw.. it's engine.
      i'm actually gonna get the extended reach spark plugs that Edwin was talking about in a week or 2... so maybe that'll help.
