we need to know the widths of both sets of wheels as well.

I think the 35 off set fits, 45 will catch on the shock.

No, I understand your question. Do a test fit - put a wheel on and run a lug nut all the way up on the lug and then back it off by 5 mm (.197") and check to see if the lug nut still covers all the threads on the lug. If so you're okay, if not you may have to install 5 mm longer lugs.

The bf lugs are pretty short, id be surprised if you could run the spacer with stock studs. As far as fitting the wheel with out a spacer. Look at how much clearance you have between the strut body and the inside of the wheel/tire presently, take a picture if you want. You will be moving the wheel inward so you should be able to see how much space you have now and make a good guess.

i dont think they will go on without the spacer i phoned a stud place today and they said that as long as you can turn the bolt 6 whole turns that they are legal but i will still urgrade the studs how big of a job is it to change them

On a BF its a pain. You will have to redo the bearings, make sure you get the spacers correct. Also, you will need to press out the old and in the new studs or have it done at a shop.

Yes, you want to keep the spacers that are in the present assembly, make sure they don't get mixed up. They are unique to each corner. I have never actually taken mine off, I believe they should come off relatively easily. Not sure on the stud dimension.

Is that your red car up above? Looks good man, post more pics.
