Details:
The bars will be made just like the front bars: double tube chromoly materials, tig welded. Tabs will be included so that the end user can make their own bars to triangulate the bar to the seat belt mounts on the C-pillar and the lower seat back mount points depending on the chassis the bar will be used in. Jim can also provide the materials or build the bars for you, but details are still being worked out and this thread will be updated when we finalize it.

ftjandra is also offering beautiful CNC machined mounts if anyone is interested in this option. PM him for details.


Application List:

Pretty much anything that can use the cheap Ebay bars or the Corksport bars.
Slight differences in chassis make all bars custom. State the chassis this will be going in when ordering. 323/protégé/escort 3 door/5 door/wagon


Pricing:

Pricing will be 260 plus shipping. This pricing does not include triangulation bars, only the tabs for them.


$100 Down payment required and remaining to be paid when bars are completed. All payments will be made to Jims Paypal.
Payments can also be made in full up front for those that want to do so.

That's pretty much what the machined mount would look like. They would add $100 to the total cost of the strut bar. Basically, you would pay me $150 for the mounts and Jim would subtract $50 from his price for finishing the strut bar. Other than looking cool, it has slotted holes that allows you to move the struts inboard for negative camber (after slotting the body holes).

Yes. Basically the main bar will be divided into 4 equal sections.

I can put my drawing up if anyone wants to see what I had intended, even though some things are likely to change.
