    Racing Harness instillation

I was just going to mount my harnesses to where my rear seat belts bolt in, but I have a roll cage so I was thinking about looping them around the cage. The thing is the only bar I can mount onto is not straighty horizontal. its almost at a 30% angle so I don't know if that is would effect anything. I know It might slide down but I could make a bracket for them to stay where I want them to.

Another issue is I don't have much up front room in my car because of the roll cage being so far up. So my seat would literally be right against the cage that im mount the harness to. Any issue there?

    Thanks

just take out your rear seats and mount the harness to the seat belt mount position save you alot of work and a head ache

here ya go bud hoepfully this helps out some , But if your going to go the same route i have i would suggest getting the sparco 4 point harness way easier for adjustability vs the volo brand , i will be getting another sparco harness soon cause i get tired adjusting the volo harness for the passengers Etc

harness mounts should be level or slightly higher than your sholders, otherwise if you have an incedent and they are lower it will compress your spine and that could be bad. I know of one guy who can't walk now because of this. I would fit a bracket on the rollcage just above your sholder hight just to be safe.

Never heard of them, but I would need 2 of them. That are 4 point.

Im thinking about buying manual mazda protégé seatbelts to get by for inspection (from Canada from what people tell me) but I can't find any, anywhere.
Iantboyd said he could pick me up a pair if I could wait a few weeks but I don't have that time.
