This is my winter car so i dont have to drive the Mazda6 all winter. Still modded it way more then i should have. Maf converted, Mazda6 front brakes, 98+ 626 rear brakes. 01+ 626 sway bar upgrade, 1 piece King6 front strut tower bar, PRD rear strut tower bar, Escort strut mounts, Dropzone springs, Rare 2nd gen MX6 optionel lip spoiler, B&M short throw shifter, M-Edition leather seats, OEM JDM projector headlights, OEM JDM MS-8 Stainless door sills OEM JDM rear mud flaps. And probably a bunch else i forgot.

Here's a quick engine shot. Pretty basic though. Just a Maf conversion, Intake, Polished MazdaSpeed oil cap, strut tower bar and KLG4 valve cover.

And here's my new M-Edition MX6 leather seats. These replaced another set i had previously that were no where near as nice.

Kinda wierd, at one angle it looks like a bg pro, at another it looks like a Cosmo, at another it looks like a buick regal!
That or maybe I hain't had enough cofee yet this morning. In any case it looks great and those wheels really set the paint off.

I love the wheels with the green paint. Was it already a manual or did it have an automatic?

Thanks everyone!

It is an original MTX and v6 car. I bought it from the original owner, and have a paper stack over 2 inches tall of its entire history. I have the receipt from its first oil change at 2361 miles for Mobil1. lol

The cool part is the previous owner is a Mazda6 guy now. He bought the Mazda6 and had handed the 626 down to his son who drove it for a year. But then moved to Japan for schooling. So he contacted me to see if i had any interest in the car since he knew i was huge into Mazda's in general. The timing was perfect cause i was driving a Probe as a beater for a few years, and we had just found out we were having a child. So i sold the Probe off for more then i bought this 626 for. And now have a proper family vehicle for the kid.

I have tinted the windows 30% since these picture's were taken. And i received the KLZE straight neck manifold, and 67mm Bored throttle body yesterday. So that will be next on the to-do list for the 626.

Tasteful, as always Pat.

I do like those 626's. I've always kind of wanted one.
