by putting dry ice in your intake would that harm anything and would you think that it iowuld give any gains???? The ice would sit in the filter part.....

If using it too cool the air into the engine only then it might work.--JJB--

Dry ice is formed from liquefied carbon Dioxide which is "frozen". The temperature at atmospheric pressure is -109 degrees farenheit. Yes it would cool the air quite well, but the "melting ice" would also turn back into carbon dioxide gas which as we know is not combustible, and would get sucked into the engine.
On the otherhand, if you could say, contain it, like find out a way to use it as a cooler for the intake tract, then you might see some gains.
This brings back a memory of some drag racers spraying liquefied gases onto their intercoolers just before a race.Ryan The middle child is always ignored
