YIPPPEE, got a call from the regional manager of OZ at the HQ down in Miami and he had located ONE set of 4 17x7" 4x100mm anthracite Superleggera wheels just like mine..... and guess where? 20 mins from the NOPI speedway at a rim dealer
The regional manager asked for that dealer in Atlanta to part out that set and sell me one wheel. So i am having it shipped here by Tuesday so i can have a complete REAL (no donuts ) and SAFE set of wheels for the trip.
Well in case you are not sure why there seems to have been a problem lemme sum up real quick. The wheels i bought were off eBay for $450 shipped from cali wrapped in Paradas with quite a bit of tread left. But one wheel was cracked therefore unuseable.
OZ has a replacement policy, no questions asked, and they replace a damaged wheel for 50% off the MSRP price which is $342 each!!! Sounded like a good deal when i got em and put 3 of them on my car....... BUT....
Problem was...... the HQ had none in stock, none on order and the anthracite finish on Superleggeras is discontinued!!!
The best finish/color IMO.... but o well i got lucky in the end this time..... it was close

actually that was pretty much the last post thats gonna happen when i am on the clock at work.... during lunch is ok.... but 30 mins to eat and post(whore) is pretty hard..... so i doubt that will happen..... after work like now and before work if i get the chance is cool..... can't risk losing my lil' jay--oh--bee
