    Ground Output when running??????

Hey guys, I'm in the process of installing a security/remote start system in my 93 pro dx. I've got pretty much everything done, but this one wire that is labled ground output when running is confusing me greatly. Anyone have any idea what this would be for. The system is an ebay buy, the box says panther ps-combo if that helps at all. thx for the help.

I never installed an alarm before. I would try contacting the manufacturer and ask or even call a local shop and not a big chain that sells stereo equipment. I wish I could help you more.
