7200 IIRC... your tach is off. Fuel cut by the ECU is 7200

              Damn.
Is the tach only inaccurate in the higher rev range like a speedo is at higher speeds??
How can I check for sure how accurate it is, do I need a Timing light with RPM readout or a scanner with the same??

                  that'd be an easy way...

anything that takes it's signal directly off the ignition system would be accurate.

I don't purposely rev it that high, it just happens sometimes
