just recently i noticed my engine making a tapping noise or something strange like that. i noticed it a day or two after one of my friends decided they were gonna take my car for a joyride around the parking lot and i think he floored it pretty hard. could this have done something to the engine?

i know this may be it, but could it be something like the strutbar if your car has it, which i think it is because it is an ES
