Posting a pic

Quick question I know this isnt the right place to ask this but I dont know where else to post. How do I save a pic with my profile every time I do it says it is too large but all the pics I try are smal less than a 100kb, what am I doing wrong thanks Nik

if you copy and paste into pbrush and then save as jpeg, it will get you under 100k
