Pressed in poly LCA bushings squeaking.

well now how in the F*ck do i fix this problem? I know you guys are gonna tell me to add grease but what type? since they are poly now.
how am i supposed to get them out and then back in again?

also you guys told me to grease up my swaybar endlinks as well to stop the squeak there. what type of grease should i use for those (rubber bushings)???

i dont know but you migh try calling a mazda dealer ship and asking them if no1 else can answer your question......
