Has anyone bent the inside lip of a rim?

One of my rims are bent not the outside of the rim but the inside lip is bent out and it slowly leaks air what can i do to fix that? Is there anyway I can for cheap or should I pay someone to do it for me?

LOL yeah i've bent many rims, i just get them refinished. It may cost a little more but i'd rather have a gaurnteed rim that one i "fixed"
When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?

What does it cost to have them re-finished? Here the city is tearing up a road, and didnt have no signs up so I hit like a three inch pot hole w/ a sharp edge and Fubared my rim and tire....
