I scanned my mothers 95 protege yesterday, as it was not running correctly. after running the scan i found trouble code P0340 and P0304 and P0145 which are: cam position sensor, cylinder 4 misfire, abd o2 sensor circuit slow response. so i have been messing with these newer obd1 and obd2 cars for the last 10 years. from the findings of the scan i can tell that the cam position sensor has failed therefore dumping to much fuel into #4 causing blowbuy due to the miss. and that is causeing the last code with the o2. so here is my problem. i do not have a tech manual for her car as i am framiliar with hondas and toyota's.
do any of you have a picture of the location for the cam position sensor? or can one of you that is knowledgeable about the location or the removal/installation give me a idea of where i need to look?
