how low can you go with 17'' wheels?

I want to know if a 2 inch drop is to low for 17''s and if i should get either wheel spacers or will just an alignment to prevent possible rubbing?

You should align the car regardless of the drop and if it rubs or not. I believe Wil (GroHarlem) had a 2" Sprint drop and 17" wheels on his car and had no problems...
What size tires do you plan on running?

The Spring springs are a 2" drop but the ZX2 Tokico struts probably lower it another .25" so you might be right That's exacty what happened with my Eibach/ZX2 combo......
