2 Quick questions first I know this has been debated to death but I got a different question I know our engines are designed to run best on 87 octane and there is no reason to use anything higher unless you run a turbo but what about headers does it make a difference should I use a higher octane? And also how often does everyone change their plugs? I use Denso Iridiums and I change them once a year, any thoughts? Thanks
