Where can i find FSM's

i was wondering where i could get the factory service manuals... not the chiltons or haynes books.. but the actual ones used in the dealerships

is there a less expensive route, or should i just go to the dealership?

i need one for a 1998 Protege and a 1997 Kia Sephia

Ebay, you can probably find one from time to time.
If not, I'd say go to the dealer.
