ah yes that thing. I dont know what the rules are about license plates in PR but just dont forget to consider that. Since english may not be your first language then it's acceptable to make sentences that are botched up -- just try to make them shorter so each thought is separate from another.

in order to get the lights, i think the people who have them got them from euro ebay or something. send them PM they'll be glad to help.

That's the e-spec garnish. You can get it from Europe and other countries such as Malaysia and New Zealand. Hard to get, but well worth it IMO.
