Ebay Intake Help(Not what you think)

I ordered and intake from Liveonspeed off ebay and i have not yet got my intake....keeps saying it will be sent out an ill get the tracking number later that night an i get nothing...lots have ordered from him and got it what i do wrong? this is the first time i ever ordred off ebay an loox like since i got shafted my last....sux caz there was tons of stuff i was gonna buy but im not jus gonna send money to people....

give it some time, i orded an intake from him as well, good guy, he might just be backed up.

he just hasnt been responding to my emails anymore either...iz been weeks since hes got the money nad what not and i told him if hes having problems or something just tell me dont tell me itll be sent out an then not hear from him...i understand companies get backed up but just tell me i think that is fair....

If I were you, I'd file a complaint with PayPal and try to get a refund. If a month goes by and you don't get your **** - you're screwed. So you better act while you're still in that period (within a month of the transaction). Paypal cannot offer any help after that.

i gave my bad seller 3 weeks and 4 days... on that day i was going to e-mail paypal..
in 3 weeks and 3 days, i got my springs... go figure.

give it time.. mad sellers have a lot of stuff to keep track of.. on you paypal slip, you should have his number and e-mail address - e-mail and call the seller...

Sometimes email servers screw up, try contacting him through ebay's web page, not emailing him directly. Hotmail sometimes filters out stuff it shouldn't, I'm sure other systems do too.

well thinjg is i had to send money order because paypal sux and i cant use paypal only way i could pay for the item was by money order so im screwd yay figures everyone else gets their product but i dont

You should go to the bank that issued the money order (or the post office or whatever), and file for fraud. I'm sure there's something that could be done. Try contacting the seller first! Get his phone number and call him.

well i finally got the intake lol thankfully, all the parts are there now the trouble is installing it...i custom built one on my old car but i dunno about this one and all my searches couldnt find a proper how to anyone know?
