I'm getting ready to purchase a Autometer Lunar tachometer and I wanted to know, would this tachometer work for me. I have a 2002 DX automatic, which doesn't come with a tach. Would it still function even if I don't have a manual shift?

yes im pretty sure it will function as long as you connect it right, you dont really need it cause you have an automatic . But why not if you want it go for it

even the autos like to wrap them high torque gears out sometimes.According to my Anger Management Counselor, after 26 weeks of anger management class, I should be an expert when it comes to Anger Management...tell that to the guy who threw a starburst at my car in rush hour traffic...haha
