My frigging engine oil dipstick broke from the little yellow part and the rest is stuck inside it. how do i get it out?, I have tried everything(needle nose pliers, little metal sticks) and i can't!!

pull the oil pan and remove it.
or some sort of small magnet...
maybe a Prayer.
