Since you mention your interest in 16" wheels, if you have the sedan I can recommend my setup as one where you will have absolutely no fitment problems. I'm running 16" x 7" wide wheels with +42 mm offset and 205/45 tires. With this combo, I have no interference problems and far better handling than stock.
If you have a P5, you may require a wheel with more than a +42 mm offset. Check with a P5 owner to find out for sure.02 DX Millenium Red - The Penultimate Driving Machine
