why my 2nd Gen hard to start the morning when its cold.It starts then cut off then I have to press the gas.

Generally when a car does this, it can mean any of number of things from vacuum leaks, to computer troubles, to timing, to something as simple as a dirty MAF, dirty air filter. The first thing I would do is check all the basic things, plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter. One thing that I would definetely think about is cleaning your MAF. I'd imagine that a 2nd Gen Mazda MAF is similar to a Ford MAF. Pull the elements out and use electrical cleaner and a cotton swap of some sort and clean the dirt off. Also check the wiring connections to the MAF.
