The back end reminds me of the Aztek

not as bad as an aztek though.

i wonder if it still handles like ****, though (compared to our cars, i should say)
i rented one at the end of april, and that thing couldn't turn hard if it's life depended on it.

It's illogical and pretty fkin stupid to compare an SUV's handling to that of a compact sedan. (Unlike most compact SUVs [like the CRV etc] this thing is built on an actual truck frame)

It looks better than the older models. Could have been a bit more original though..... right now it looks like a RAV4 (front) and CRV (back) mix.

            ok...

the handling sucked in comparison to the last time i drove an FX30 or the Q45.
the FX30 is a hybrid, so not as high, i know. but the Q45 is a nice big truck... handles mad sweet... just haven't driven it in over a year

despite what the auto industry wants to tell you, anything built on a truck chasis will handle just like that, it's going to handle like a ****in truck. not to say that a dropped svt lightning wouldn't be sweet to drive, but its still going to handle like the chasis it's built on. i wouldn't doubt something on a better platform like a porsche or a lexus wouldn't perform better than a sportage, but definately nothing like we're used to
