It's Finally Happening

Well after all the damn road blocks thrown at me during this process, I finally have ordered the turbo kit. Got a great deal from a forum member for a Spool Stage 2 kit. He is having the manifold jet coated for me before he sends me the kit. Should have it in about 2-3 weeks.

I am still undecided if I want to install the kit myself. There is a very very respectable tuner about 5 miles from my house who can do these installs in a matter of hours. Depending on his cost, I will probably let him do it. I can't go more than a day without my car. The guy owns the only dyno in Knoxville, so I will probably have him dyno the car once he is done installing the kit. Can't wait. No longer will I have a slow ass car.

I am very indecisive. Anybody will tell you that. It was fast when I got it. But that extra 33 hp wore off really quick.

I am hoping with this Spool kit at 8psi I can get atleast 185-190whp. Then with a little exhaust work I should be at my goal of 200whp.

I would if it didn't cost so much. He charges $50 for 3 good pulls on the wideband. Besides, the original #'s will be a thing of the past anyways.
