    coil overs

Does anyone know if these coilovers for an escort will fit our cars. I understand that the suspension is suppose to be the same. I have no idea what brand they are, I emailed the seller and they just said "they fit escorts" hhmmmm. The price sure isn't bad.

If they fit the Escort, they'll fit your Protege. Don't expect much for that price though.

i have those exact saem coilovers...i like them alot, the y are very firm tho...your car will fly if u take a bump on the higway too fast...lol trust me. i have never came close to bottoming out, no complaints really just that they are very firm, but thats not reallya complaint...

Theres a pic if that helps...they make the LX wheels look bigger..

Thanks for the info.. I have Weapon-R coil overs right now. I just happened to see those and was curious. My car rides nice in the front, but the back is rough. I have the coil overs turned way up. just to make the car sit even. I'm exploring other options. Air cylinders might be cool, but spendy.

Has anybody ever tried the LOWBOYS? the threaded strut with coilovers. www.truckn.com has them, but no one i know has tried them
