Fuel Filter

Could someone please tell me where
my fuel filter is located? I have a '96.

And also, will the new filter that is taking place of the old one that hasnt been changed since it was manufactured, will
it improve take off any?

Assuming the old one was all clogged and ****. yeah it'll help.

Its located on the firewall behind the intake manifold its quite a bitch to change, but if you need to do it then you should do it and not just say "**** it I'll do it when something ****s up"
