How long should I wait before I clean it? and whats the best one out there. I was gonna be a cheap ass and get some dishwashing soap and the water hose.

ok if you dont have an K&N for get about washing them. it wont really do much. K&N are the only washable filters that actually wash. the other filters are "disposable" that is what thye are designed for.When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?
