    Has anyone ever. . .

I was sitting here thinking to myself: "Has anyone ever supercharged a protege?" If so, what were the results, if not, why not? Thoughts. . .?

for the money spent on a super you could turbo.

      turbo > supercharger IMO
When you turn your car on... does it return the favor?

Don't superchargers get better throttle response than turbos tho? Take less time to spool up?

Yeah, a supercharger is driven right off the crank, instant power. But, there are draw backs, like not as much top end as a turbo, and the supercharger takes power to run from the crank shaft, much like your waterpump, alternator, AC etc......... At turbo uses wasted energy to work, more effectively increasing efficiency.
