    z5 - bp swap pricing?

    i see a lot of people talking about doing a bp swap for ~900. everytime i go arou8nd looking for the bp i see the engine itself costing ~1500 or so. where are yall going to find the engines so cheap?

    note that you could use a kia bp also
    people who sell them dont always know they're worth more money

    i got mine for $100.00 with 65,000 miles

        96/97 will work. I don't know about other years (95? 98?). What year is your car?

                          arent the point of these forums to answer other peoples questions....
                          but naturally ill assume some people are just assholes.....
                          anyway i searched the forum for a second time and found the answer to my ecu question but still dont know if the transmission will.... does someone possibly want to post a link to a particular thread that already has that disccussed?

                            bruce95fmla has a kia transmission, but I don't know what year KIA it is from.
