    1st gen CF hoods

i have contacted a guy, hes starting up his own company called Wonderworks products, and he has made a c/f hood c/f wiper cowl c/f dash... ect for his car, and from what iv seen he is good at this stuff, i haven contacted him and he said he would be intrested in doing a c/f hood for our car., ( i know there is one for the escort) but this will need no fabricating..however this would not use the OEM latch and u would need 2 use hoodpins... is anyone here intrested in this?

i'm interested in weight reduction, so fiberglass is fine with me. nothing fancy, no scoops, vents or snorkels for me...just a straight OEM replacement. but if CF is the only option and the price is good. i may bite on this.

Can you get or take pics of his work, top side, underside and especially close ups of the hinge areas and edges.

well, he said that he would be able 2 do the hood but there would be a 2-3 month waiting list, he said that we would need like 8-10 people for a group buy and the hoods would cost $320-350 ( est.) ... and it would be Infused C/f which means it wont be perfectly smooth, but it will feel smooth and you can feel the fabric through the resin .. idk let me know ..

there is some of the stuff that he has done i will try 2g et more pics..
