trouble with front lower tie bar....

i just installed my lower tie bars. My front one is touching the transmission pan on the driver's side on the bottom and is making an annoying noise in the car.

what can I do to get that corrected?... My car has an automatic transmission, I think thats part of the problem.

    Help anybody!!!

Put it in a vise and bend it...measure the center of the holes first to make sure that it will line up when you re-install it...

Sorry to say, but i had the same problem, if you put it on the front bolt it will touch the tranny, and the back bolt will end up bending the floorboard its under. I had to sell mine because of that

don't bend it. Just grind down the face of the endlink to get more clearance. I'd say about 1/4" should do it.

You may also need new motor mounts, check em just to be sure.
