i started eating healthy for the first time since before i went away for college 5 years ago. smaller portions, whole grains, fiber, etc....i've been at it for about a month and a half now and i must say i have much more energy and feel better throughout the day. i've also slimmed down, since the pants which were tight around the holiday season fit well again.

i've been running about 2 miles 3 times a week too. i'm the same way as pox, but the past couple years i've noticed that i've been filling out. still under 150 though, guess i have to start working at being skinny. sigh. lol

i need to sort out my diet a bit more, but money limitations at this moment aren't helping. i have been swimming and running / walking 2 or more miles twice a week, and will move to more often once I get thru this class

I keep telling myself that I'm going to move the pile of Mazda parts off of my weight bench every weekend, but it never happens.

oh, i also started drinking tea instead of soda. you can cut a TON of calories out of your diet by doing that. all those damn complex sugars.

work now has a workout room, i am trying to climb on the treadmill for 2 out of my 3 breaks, doing a 1/4 to 1/2 mile along with my 2 miles everyday should get me back up to speed. I'll start lifting again when i get a bench or a gym membership

im also doing the green tea instead of my normal soda / coffee
