other than stock replacements from the dealership.... nowhere

this next year i'll be pushing a group buy for poly L.L. bushings.
other than something custom made theres no alternatives

        figures... damn dealers

you'll have to take it to a shop and they will have to make molds of the bushings and then make them in poly. or if you can get specs that will fit the bushing area. talk to energy suspension. they can make custom bushings

during this next year i will be taking my rear TTL system bushings out and having them measured/made into a mold and then made into polyurethane.
else wise if this is not a possiblity i will be taking the measured specifications and talking to energy suspension myself about the custom bushings they can make.

im leaning towards having a mold made of the existing bushings. and then turned into poly.

when im ready to have this done i'll post and make it known.
meanwhile are your bushings completely shot?

No, they aren't totaly KO, but are aged and pressed to one side.
I buy one complet rear crossmember with all links, and I am rebuilding it (sanding+hard paint+poly bushings). I was suprised what piece of **** are trailing arms, it's easy to bend them by hand !! I plan to make custom ones.
I am realy angry with PowerFlex, they make all bushings for Miata, but no ones for 323.

not sure why you would attempt to bend the trailing arms...whatever works for you.

if you bought new TTL links why not press out the existing bushing and get measurements.

It's not problem to press them out and take dimensions... But it will be in milimeters....Do You know that all four bushings are same?
To bending T.L. I saw many cars with bad rear whells alignment, and it was caused by bended T.L., beacuse of stupid parking by sidewalks or hard driving on bad roads.

yeah all four bushings should be the same. you should take pictures as well as get measurements so that we ca see what the bushings really look like.

Energy Suspension makes a kit for the ford Escort ZX2, that works on the other 3rd and 2nd gen escorts (91-95) that should also work just fine with the 90-94 protege...

The sway bar bushings that come with the kit aren't the right size, but the trailing arm and control arm bushings should work. I don't know if they've got something for the lateral links or not, but I bet they have a size that would fit the diameter of the hole it needs to go in..

energy suspension does not make TTL bushings.... they probably have the right size but only availible as a custom bushing. or under a different vehicle name and spec(possibly) good luck finding the right one tho
                            lol.
                            measurement will help tons
