So, here is it... Bushings on the right side are from front LL, on the left from rear LL (on the pic with 4 bushings), I can say that rear bushings are dead.

.... damaged LL and very different adjustment on both sides, only one bushing is different from others and it is in rear LL on outer side, but this can be solve simply, by adding some ring to normal bushing....

.... bended trailing link (so I cutted it for easy disassembly) ,
removing bushing from LL was so easy, I use piece of pipe and old nut #22, how You can see, I placed it to jaw and pressed it, warmig-up makes it easiest.

                  Any questions ????

                    Wow!

Those Mazda diagrams look like they were drawn by hand.

Really though, that is real cool, How much do you think it would cost to have new stronger components made?

so, new version of dimensions.... I'll make picture in AutoCAD, for better comprehensebility.
What do You think?? Is there any chance that Energy Susp. will make it ???
If not,I am planning custom LL with some universal bushings....

I feel like an ass making you redo the dimensions.
if we get all the information together... form there all it takes is a call to energy suspension. and ask them why they don't finish up making the kit for the escort by adding these. lol no we'll ask them about rates, if they will make them, if they have something that will fit already.... general stuff

would it be too much to ask if you would redo all of the numbers in computer text? i get confused on the 1's and 2's

also what do you mean... one bushign is different only by the length of the metal sleeve + some ring? ring??

get a red x on that pic....

so by the term "ring" your referring to adding a spacer type of deal to make up for the difference in length.

sorry i wasnt meanign to place pressure on you.

                              Yes spacer
                              I don't feel pressure
I'll make it as soon as possible, maybe tomorow.
I need to know, if they'll make it, quickly... Or I'll discover another solution of this problem...
